The shoe features a removable, anatomically formed cork-latex footbed with a smooth leather sole lining. Today we use only natural materials from sustainable sources in the original BIRKENSTOCK footbed: light natural cork, select jute, high-quality latex and handpicked suede for the lining. In our close-toe models, it's this velvety-soft lining that delivers standout moisture management.
