MERMAID

In Spring/Summer 2019, the mystical, magical world of the Seven Seas provided a key source of inspiration for new material surfaces and colours. Above all, the natural palette of the ocean´s sun-kissed shallower depths influenced the season´s variations on the new Mermaid models.

The embossed leather has the feel of scales elegant enough to grace the tail of a mermaid. The ankle-strap sandals Gizeh, Mayari and Tulum feature radiant aqua and cream colourways that shimmer even on the slender toe strap. To achieve a perfect style statement, the upper and suede insole are colour-matched, the shade appears somewhat lighter on the insole, lending the sandals a chic look.

The moisture-wicking properties of the suede insole contribute to wearing comfort, as does the world-renowned anatomically shaped footbed that was invented by the hallmark German brand.
